The Second Story

I post a weekly update about the Alameda real estate market on my blog, The Second Story. Somewhere around 2000 I started sending a weekly email update to folks who opted in to receive it because I'm not about junk mail. Content included Alameda new listings, pending sales, closed transactions, and the broker tour properties for the week. And of course there are some of my observations about real estate, life, and the random cryptic comments. And the weekly awards.

As technology improved, and I caught on, the update evolved. The public blog started in 2008 and those who have watched the progress over the years (and new readers) have been very positive! The Second Story is 'all Alameda, most of the time.'
